2 groups machines are designed for any cafe turning over 5+ kilos in a short space of time or a cafe up to 30 odd kilo's per week spread over the week.

3 Group machines are ideal for cafe's doing 30 plus kilo's per week and have the staff to handle two people on the machine on a semi regular basis

4 group machines are more of a rarity these days, most businesses choosing to opt for 2 x 2 group machines for redundancy. however, if you turn over 70 plus kilos a week and need a large machine, these are for you.
